Mac and Cheese with Hot Dogs and Snow Peas
Ingredients:
Mac & Cheese mix
1 tablespoon, or two butter pats
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup of canned peas
one hot dog, or 1/4 polish sausage if you’re really
fancy
Preparation:
Cut the hot dog into bite size pieces
Microwave hot dog slices on a paper towel for 45 seconds
Prepare Mac & Cheese according to instructions, adding
butter and milk as directed.
When fully cooked, mix in peas and hot dog pieces.

Tangy Mac and Cheese
Large Equipment Needed: Microwave oven, hot pot, microwave safe bowl, knife
Preparation time: 15 minutes for a box, shorter if using the microwavable packets
Ingredients:
Mac & Cheese mix
1/4 cup sour cream
Preparation:
Prepare Mac & Cheese according to instructions
Instead of adding the milk and butter, add the sour cream
Baked Brie
Large Equipment Needed: oven, nonstick baking sheet
Preparation Time: 10 minutes, cooking time 25 minutes
Ingredients:
one round of Brie cheese
1 tube of refrigerated crescent dinner or breakfast croissant rolls
1 tablespoon of brown sugar
1tablespoon of diced almonds or walnuts
1 box your favorite crackers
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
On a baking sheet, lay out the crescent rolls so they connect and form one round circle which is a bit larger than the round of Brie. Place the brie on top.
Cover with the remaining crescent rolls, pinching and sealing the dough so that the top of the dish is uniform and it connects with the bottom rolls.
Sprinkle brown sugar and sliced nuts over the dough.
Transfer the baking sheet into the oven, and bake for 25 minutes. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving. To serve, cut into the dough and place slices on top of your favorite crackers
